On July 17 and 18, enjoy a musical celebration of jazz and swing in the city centre at Zámecká zahrada. The 15th edition of this beloved jazz and swing festival in Poděbrady takes place regularly on the third weekend of July.

About the venue: Poděbrady

The Městské kulturní centrum Poděbrady (Municipal Cultural Centre) is based in the first courtyard of Poděbrady Castle on Jiřího náměstí. It runs the Na Kovárně theatre and the castle cinema (Zámecký biograf, 70 seats), organises concerts and social events, and publishes the local Poděbradské noviny newspaper. Since 2023 it operates as a municipal contributory organisation.
