About: Cappella Mariana

The Prague-based Cappella Mariana has spent nearly two decades rescuing forgotten polyphony of the Middle Ages and Renaissance from obscurity. Led by Vojtěch Semerád, the ensemble is a fixture at Europe's top early-music festivals and took home two major prizes in 2024 - the Czech Anděl Award and the French Diapason d'Or.
