Essential Hlávka Bridge Repairs to Restrict Car and Tram Traffic from July 11

The Technical Road Administration will begin repairs to Hlávka Bridge on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Work will focus on reinforcing the cover (transition) plates in the space between the historic 1911 structure and the newer 1962 section.

During construction, tram service on the bridge will be completely suspended, and car traffic toward Holešovice will be partially restricted.
