Southern Rhythms of Two Continents

Markéta Laštovičková and Jaroslav Svěcený bring Jižanské rytmy dvou světadílů to Mladá Boleslav on Thursday, 10 September 2026, at Sbor českých bratří. This Renaissance pseudo-basilica, built between 1544 and 1554 by Italian architect Matteo Borgorelli, ranks among the oldest structures of its kind outside Italy and provides a distinctive setting for the concert. The program weaves together Argentine tango by Ástor Piazzolla with Spanish compositions by Gorky Hermosa and French works by Richard Galliano, alongside original pieces by the performers. The concert is one of two Czech dates on the tour. Admission 350 CZK.
