A men's circle is a safe space built on trust, respect, and confidentiality. Everything shared here stays within the circle. Each person speaks for themselves and respects others' experiences without judgment or correction. Participants listen without interruption and do not offer unsolicited advice. Participation is voluntary - you may share, but you can also remain silent.

I commit to being on time and putting my phone and everyday concerns aside during the meeting so I can be fully present. The circle's purpose is not therapy or debate about who is right, but authentic connection among men and self-discovery.
