Hentai Corporation - Shirimming Tour - Pardubice

After personal turmoil and struggles with alcohol dependency, Hentai Corporation are preparing to release their new album Shirime after nine years away. With hit potential aimed at Braník and Evropa 2 radio stations, they're ready to strike at your mitochondria. This autumn they're hitting clubs across the country on the Shirimming tour 2026 - with guests Atari Terror, P/\ST and mmnk.

So what exactly is Shirime? A bizarre supernatural creature from Japanese folklore whose name translates roughly as "butt eye". According to legend, a samurai encounters a strange man at night who, when asked to reveal his identity, turns around, drops his kimono, and instead of a face exposes a large glowing eye in the rectal area. The samurai flees in horror. Shirime is not an evil demon but rather an absurd and grotesque phantom whose purpose is to frighten, shock and thoroughly unsettle people.

Frontman Radek Škarohlíd adds the band's shirimeian litany: "Strange creatures surge from the brown bloodstream into the blooming tissues of love and Karel's Freedom. Shirime! Grotesquerie slowly transforms into hatred. Shirime! High time to awaken your neural networks. Shirime, I call you! Shirime, I see you!
