Pojez fest is a gastrofestival dedicated to the cuisine of North Moravia and Silesia. The name comes from the dialect of the northeastern part of Czechia, where "pojez" means "taste" or "come and eat your fill".

In 2026, the festival takes place at two locations: May 9 in the industrial area of Dolní Vítkovice in Ostrava, and September 12 on the Ostravice River in the foothills of the Beskids. Visitors can expect dozens of stalls and food trucks with Czech and international cuisine, regional specialities, street food, and live cooking shows with tastings.

Music guests will perform on the main stage — at the Ostrava date Janek Ledecký and Adán Sánchez Band, and at Ostravice Adam Ďurica and Adán Sánchez. The programme also includes a Technotrasa Day, an interactive zone with technology and crafts for families with children. In the Dolní Vítkovice area, Beer fest is held simultaneously at Futureu.

Entry to the festival is free.
