Upside Down!cz Fest 2026 — MC Kotelna, Litomyšl

Upside Down!cz Fest 2026 (vol. 2) is the second edition of a punk festival organized by the Litomyšl-based band Upside Down!cz at MC Kotelna. The festival showcases the Czech punk and alternative scene.

On Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 12:00, the following bands will perform: Znouzectnost, Upside Down!cz, Vision Days, Proti směru, Tragedis, V.V.Ú., Nežfaleš, E.N.D., Sex Deviants and I.Z.S.

Tickets are available in advance for 500 CZK via SMSticket.

About the venue: MC Kotelna

MC Kotelna is the only music club in Litomyšl, open since September 1994 in a former boiler room on Kpt. Jaroše street. The hall measures 12 × 18 metres with a 6-metre ceiling and is praised for its good acoustics. The club hosts over 150 events a year, including live concerts across many genres, dance nights, theatre performances, film screenings, stand-up shows, and quizzes.

About: ZNOUZECTNOST

Znouzectnost (abbreviated ZNC) is a Czech punk-rock band from Pilsen, established in 1986 when such music faced direct suppression from the secret police. The group progressively expanded their sound to include folk elements, ballads and melodic rock'n'roll while maintaining their trademark sharp, ironic songwriting. Operating as a consistent trio since 2008 - Déma on guitar and vocals, Golda on bass and vocals, and Caine on drums and vocals - the band has released over ten studio albums across more than three decades. They remain among the longest-active ensembles in the Czech punk scene.

About: Vision Days

Formed in 1990 in Brněnec, Pardubice region, Vision Days initially performed under the moniker WA:D before transitioning from their gothic-rock roots to ska-punk around 2001. The band has released over ten studio albums, notably 'Don't Worry Be Punk' (2013), 'Dokonalý svět' (2016), and 'Lifehack' (2022), and maintains a prominent presence on the Czech punk festival circuit while also organizing the annual Brněnecfest.
