Barchan Historical Festival in Jemnice 2026

The Barchan Historical Festival is one of the oldest folk celebrations in Central Europe, with roots reaching back to the reign of the House of Luxembourg. It takes place every year on the Sunday following the feast of St. Vitus.

The programme includes a traditional market with folk crafts, carnival attractions, historical town bands, a historic tavern, a procession through the city, and a fire show.
