Ondřej Ruml - Songs, Chansons and More

A recital by Ondřej Ruml, one of the most distinctive figures on the Czech vocal scene. Ruml presents a programme that builds on his long collaboration with lyricist Michal Horáček. "My years of working with Horáček led me to fall in love with Hapka," Ondřej says with a smile, and he doesn't deny that a significant part of the concert features chansons by this songwriting duo. The programme also includes songs created with pianist Matej Benko. Together they recorded the album "Ondřej Ruml Sings Ježek, Voskovce and Werich," which won a Gold Record award. Ruml also appears in Benko's original project Planety.
