Join us for an exceptional autumn evening in the baroque Bělohradská sýpka! On Friday, October 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM, we welcome a distinguished guest to our main hall - the charismatic aristocrat František Kinský, owner of Nový Zámek in Kostelec nad Orlicí and host of the popular documentary series "Modrá krev" (Blue Blood). The evening will be guided by Václav Žmolík, a beloved journalist, television and radio editor. This experienced author of well-known travel and history programmes (such as "Po Česku") ensures the discussion will be engaging, thoughtful, and wonderfully dynamic.

We can expect a conversation full of humanity, humour, and extraordinary stories. František Kinský is renowned as an excellent storyteller who effortlessly connects history with the present day. Together we will explore the fates of the ancient Kinský family, but also hear about his personal journey - from his career as a creative director in advertising to his return to family roots and stewardship of the family heritage. You will learn what challenges come with managing a castle today and what values such as honour and responsibility mean to a modern nobleman.
