The chanson recital "Songs of Hana" takes place on Friday, 9 October 2026 at Kino Sokol in Kladno. Světlana Nálepková presents a program dedicated to the classic songs of Hana Hegerová, featuring texts by Czech authors Pavel Kopta, Michal Horáček, and Milan Lasica. Kino Sokol, built in 1929, is a multifunctional cultural venue in central Kladno with a rich history. The recital is accompanied by new visual projections and musical accompaniment on piano and violin. This performance is one of nine Czech dates on Nálepková's tour, with additional stops planned in Olomouc, Karlovy Vary, Plzeň, and other cities in the coming months.

About the venue: Kino Sokol

Kino Sokol is a multifunctional cultural venue in central Kladno with a long history. The building was designed by Jaroslav Beránek and opened on 29 August 1929 as the city's first sound cinema. After 1989 it was returned to the Sokol organisation, but closed in 2007 and fell into disrepair. Since 2017 the civic association Kino žije has been gradually restoring it and running it as a space for cultural, sporting and educational events.
