The concert "Energy of Voices" takes place on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Kladno. Andrea Kalivodová and Noema Erba present a programme in which their voices complement each other - a dynamic mezzo-soprano and an ethereal soprano create an energetic whole. This is one of three Czech dates for Andrea Kalivodová, who will also perform in Brno. The church provides an intimate setting for classical music and allows listeners to experience the acoustics of this beautiful space.

About the venue: Kostel Nanebevzetí Panny Marie

The three-nave Neo-Romanesque basilica on náměstí Starosty Pavla is the centrepiece of central Kladno. It was built in 1897-1899 to a design by Ludvík Lábler on the site of a Gothic church recorded since 1352, and consecrated on 7 June 1900. The vestibule contains a walled-in Renaissance tombstone of Jiří Žďárský ze Žďáru, whose family owned the Kladno estate for over a century. After a ceiling collapse in the 1980s the church underwent major restoration and was re-consecrated in 2000 by Cardinal Vlk.
