METALFEST OPEN AIR 2026

METALFEST OPEN AIR returns to the Lochotín amphitheatre in Plzeň for its 15th edition, running from Friday 5 June to Sunday 7 June 2026.
The festival's headliners are AVANTASIA with a festival show celebrating their tenth studio album "Here Be Dragons", SEPULTURA on their final festival show in the Czech Republic after 40 years on stage, and ACCEPT with an anniversary show marking the band's 50th anniversary, accompanied by an anniversary album planned for early 2026. The lineup also features PAIN, GOTTHARD with their new album, DOMINUM, FREEDOM CALL, CREMATORY (35th Anniversary Show), ORPHANED LAND, CHARLOTTE WESSELS, CRYPTA, APRIL ART, EMIL BULLS and TRI STATE CORNER. Additional bands will be confirmed progressively.
