Plzeň Farmers' Market 2026

The Plzeň Farmers' Market has entered its 17th season in 2026. The market takes place every Saturday morning from 8 to 12 o'clock and runs until mid-December 2026. The season started on March 14, 2026 at the traditional location – Republic Square in the space between the town hall and St. Bartholomew's Cathedral. From April 11, 2026, the market moved to a new location at U Zvonu due to the start of revitalization work on the western side of Republic Square. The U Zvonu location is easily accessible by public transport and visitors can park in a nearby parking garage or in the surrounding area. The market offers seasonal fruit and vegetables, quality meat, sausages, homemade cheeses, eggs, dairy products, crispy bread, jams and other regional specialities. Some vendors hold BIO or Regional Product certificates. The market is also a meeting place – there is seating and the opportunity to enjoy a late breakfast or early lunch, including sweet and savoury pastries, coffee or chopped meat in a roll. More than fifty vendors attended the opening market. The event is organized by the civic association envic, with operational contact provided by Tomáš Popp.
