Beata Hlavenková — Kostel sv. Anny v Sedleci, Karlovy Vary – Sedlec

Beata Hlavenková will perform in the Sedlec Cathedral, a masterpiece of Central European sacred architecture designed by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel. The space's natural acoustics create ideal conditions for listening to her original compositions. Just a short walk away stands the Sedlec Ossuary, one of the region's most distinctive landmarks.

Hlavenková is a pianist, composer, singer, arranger, and producer working across jazz, contemporary classical music, pop, and singer-songwriter traditions. She has released six solo albums: Joy For Joel (2009), Theodoros (2013), Scintilla (2015), Bethlehem (2017), Sně (2019), and Žijutě (2021). All received Angel Award nominations; two won in their categories - Theodoros as Jazz Album of the Year 2013 and Sně as Female Artist of the Year 2019.

She composes for film and television, including Dukla61 (2018), Zátopek (2021), Král Šumavy (2022), and the Norwegian drama A Prayer for the Dying (2026). Her scores for Zátopek and Král Šumavy: Fantom temného kraje earned two Czech Lion nominations for Best Music. She has collaborated with Lenka Dusilová and Clarinet Factory on the album Eternal Seekers (2008) and co-founded the band and production team Baromantika. She performs solo, with Kapela Snů, or in projects featuring a modular synthesizer performer HRTL.
