The Kokořínský Rychlík heritage train runs from Prague to the Kokořín region and the town of Mšeno and back every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from 21 March to 1 November. The train is hauled by a legendary motor locomotive of Czechoslovak design, series T 478.

About the venue: Vlaková stanice Mšeno

Mšeno railway station sits on the single-track regional line 076 Mělník - Mladá Boleslav, which opened on 22 June 1897. From the outset Mšeno served as the central station of the whole line, with the longest track layout (345 m), a station building, and a warehouse with a loading ramp. Tickets are not sold at the station - passengers buy them on the train. At weekends from spring to autumn the historic Kokořínský rychlík, run by KŽC Doprava with a retro set from Prague, also stops here.
