Conversation with Jaroslav Dušek and Josef Formánek — Zámecké nádvoří, Kuřim

A conversation with Jaroslav Dušek and Josef Formánek, with musical accompaniment by Patrik Kee Kedzierski.

This evening is not a lecture or traditional talk show. Actor and improviser Jaroslav Dušek and writer Josef Formánek engage in a dialogue about themes such as the meaning of life, inner peace, and the courage to be yourself. Their conversation is complemented by vocal improviser Patrik Kee, who works with the human voice as a living instrument, creating music on the spot in response to the present moment.

Josef Formánek is the founder of Koktejl magazine and author of ten books, including "Speaking the Truth", "The Book of Silence", "The Enamored Pilgrim", and "Smiles of Sad Men" (adapted to film by Dan Svátek). He has traveled through more than forty countries and spent extended periods living among indigenous tribes on the Indonesian island of Siberut.

The grounds open at 18:00, the event begins at 18:30 and lasts at least two hours.
