LUCIE 40 Years
LUCIE celebrates 40 years on stage. The band was founded in 1985 by Robert Kodym (vocals, guitar) and P.B.CH. (bass), with Tomáš Waschinger (drums), Petr Franc (keyboards) and Michal Penk (vocals) joining gradually. In 1987, Michal Dvořák brought in vocalist and drummer David Koller. By the early 1990s, the lineup stabilized with Robert Kodym, P.B.CH., David Koller (drums) and Michal Dvořák (keyboards).
A major breakthrough came with the albums In the Sky and Černý kočky, mokrý žáby, featuring hits that remain staples of the band's concert setlists to this day. Over their career, LUCIE has won ten Anděl awards and sold hundreds of thousands of records.
The band is currently working on a new album, R.A.D.O.S.T. The current touring lineup consists of Robert Kodym, P.B.CH., Michal Dvořák, Viktor Dyk and Štěpán Smetáček.
