Robert Kodym (born 1967, Prague) is a Czech rock guitarist, vocalist, songwriter and lyricist, co-founder of the bands Lucie (1985) and Wanastowi Vjecy (1988). As a member of Lucie he helped shape albums that dominated Czech charts in the 1990s, earning the band four Český slavík wins. At the 2011 Anděl awards, Lucie swept the Album, Band and Artist of the Decade titles - making Kodym one of the defining figures of Czech rock over four decades.
Lucie concluded her jubilee tour for 40 years on stage with a grand show at the Prague O2 arena featuring a hydraulic stage, laser effects, and levitating musicians.
Kodym confirmed in an interview with Czech Radio that Lucie works excellently with new vocalist Viktor Dyk, and the band feels the energy like at the beginning.
Lucie released a double single Marie and Krása a zázrak and tajemství as the first preview of the upcoming album R.A.D.O.S.T. - the band's first new songs in six years.
Lucie announced in October 2024 new vocalist Viktor Dyk as a replacement for departing David Koller and presented plans for a jubilee tour.
Both new singles by Lucie received over 450 thousand unique views on YouTube within ten days of release.
