FUGA
A polyphonic meeting of music, dance, and visual art. Four performers take the stage as part of the artistic concept of Ferst Dadler, created in collaboration with Berlin icons of Echtzeitmusik - Burkhard Beins and Michael Vorfeld.
From the idea of percussion theatre emerged the decision to expand instruments and sound objects into the performance space, allowing the group to build on the modular character of percussion instruments. The aim is to shift audience perception toward the materiality and possibilities of objects, space, and sound itself.
A fragile relationship between performers, light, objects, movement, space, and silence creates an intimate situation that transcends genre boundaries. Whether animism or bioacoustics, sound exists only in relation - so let us prioritize relationship over singularity.
