Description was written before the event

The theme of listening in this fairy tale is not just about the disobedient Budulínek – grandmother and grandfather also hear very poorly. And how does it all turn out?

Performed by: Divadlo Kapsa, duration 55 minutes.

About the venue: Votice Monastery

The former Franciscan monastery of St. Francis of Assisi in Votice is a Baroque monastic complex founded in 1627 by Count Sezima z Vrtby. Its current form dates from a major reconstruction in 1766–1771. After being seized by the communist secret police in 1950 and used for industrial purposes, the monastery was restored and reopened in 2015 as a cultural centre. Visitors can explore permanent exhibitions (Franciscan life, regional museum, pram and doll collection, Gallery of St. Francis), seasonal exhibitions, and cultural events.
