Sound Bath & Aromatherapy

An evening of sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments takes place on Friday, October 16 at 6 PM in the Monastery of St. Francis of Assisi in Votice. The session lasts 100 minutes. Participants spend most of the time lying down and resting - no prior experience is needed.

The first 12 registered guests relax on inflatable mattresses; comfortable elevated yoga mats are provided for others. Places are limited, and advance booking is required.

Bring: warm and comfortable clothing (hoodie, warm socks) and water. Everything else is provided.
