May - Metropolitan Theatre Prague

The Metropolitan Theatre Prague presents a theatrical adaptation of Karel Hynek Mácha's "May" at the Forest Theatre Skalka in Příbram. The production is directed by Michael Tarant, who also directed the previous successful production of "Kytice".

The performance is not merely a recitation of verses, but a dramatic adaptation of the story of Vilém and Jarmila — a story about love, guilt, and fate. Michael Tarant uses the natural environment of Skalka as part of the visual design of the production.
