The Kůltúra Festival takes place on 29 August 2026 in Ostrovské skály and its surroundings. The programme connects several locations: among the rocks, puppet theatre Altrego will perform, singer-songwriter Václav Havelka, highliner Tereza Panochová, and a children's choir from the children's home in Tisá.

At the Himmelreich cottage, Divadlo v Celetné will present the play "Pískoviště". In the Pod Císařem camp, the band Taši Delé – a tribute to Navarre, and the band Gorily v mlze will perform, along with puppet theatre Altrego and other performers.

About the venue: Autokemp pod Císařem

Autokemp pod Císařem sits in the hamlet of Ostrov near Tisá, inside the Elbe Sandstone Landscape Protected Area, about 2 km from the Tyssaer Wände rock formations and close to the German border. The campsite has roughly 9,000 m² of meadow for tents and caravans, plus wooden cabins, guest rooms and an apartment - capacity up to 250 people. On site there is a restaurant, fire pits and shared facilities; rock-climbing and bouldering courses are also available. The season runs from April to October.

About: Václav Havelka

Václav Havelka is a Czech singer-songwriter and composer who has been active since the late 1990s. He is best known as the frontman of indie rock band Please The Trees, with whom he recorded five albums - three of them in the USA - winning both the Anděl and Apollo awards. As a solo artist he performed under the name selFbrush; in 2026 he released the album A Snake Crawling Up a Broken Ladder. He is also active in environmental causes and writes music for theatre and film.

This six-piece band from northern Bohemia plays original rock with an unusually varied lineup - saxophones and violin give their sound a distinctly individual character. Two studio albums and years of regular club and festival shows are behind them.
