Schools – Colourful World

An interactive programme for the youngest visitors that introduces children to the world of colours through storytelling and group games. Together we will explore primary and secondary colours, warm and cool tones, as well as colour harmonies and contrasts.
Directly in front of the paintings, we will search for relationships between colours, uncover the secrets of medieval pigment production, and discover that colour can carry symbolic meaning. The programme relates to works such as the Třeboň Altarpiece, the Roudnice Madonna, and others.
