Slapy Cruise 2026

A traditional Slapy cruise organized by the Prague Steamship Company (PPS) with a history dating back to the late 19th century. The boat departs every weekend from May 2 to September 27, 2026 from the dock on Rašín Embankment (between Jirásek and Palacký bridges). The journey features either the historic paddle steamer Vltava (registered as a cultural monument) or the vessel Cecílie. The total cruise duration is 9.5 hours, with 2 hours anchored at Slapy – passengers have time for a walk or swimming. Along the way, the boat passes through part of the Vltava cascade and navigates through locks. Tickets are purchased upon boarding from the ticket seller, with payment by card or cash. Family tickets are available only at the PPS ticket office on the dock. The cruise is also available in an All Inclusive variant with a three-course menu. Refreshments, food and beverage menus are available on board. Dogs are not permitted on the cruise, strollers are free, and bicycle transport costs 200 CZK. Children under 3 travel free, child fares apply to children aged 3 to 14.99 years. Groups of over 20 people must book the cruise by email.
