About the venue

Pražská paroplavební společnost was founded in 1865 by mayor František Dittrich and is one of the longest-running Czech companies. It runs passenger services on the lower Vltava - regular lines to the zoo, Slapy reservoir and Mělník, as well as sightseeing and charter cruises. The fleet ranges from historic paddle steamers Vyšehrad and Vltava to modern air-conditioned vessels. Boats depart from two Prague embarkation points: Rašínovo nábřeží and Dvořákovo nábřeží near Čechův most.
