Wednesday – Voice: Žižkostel in Motion 2026

The third edition of the Žižkostel in Motion festival runs from July 20–24 in the main hall of Žižkostel. The programme brings together contemporary dance, voice work, contact and theatrical improvisation, new circus, and movement theatre. Alongside workshops for adults, the festival now offers daily afternoon classes for parents with children. The festival brings prominent figures from the Czech independent scene to Žižkov, including Ridina Ahmedova, Věra Ondrašíková, and Alžběta Tichá.

Wednesday programme (all-day pass for all workshops):

- Alžběta Tichá: Aerial acrobatics for parents with children – 15:00–16:00
- Mirka Novak: Singing, voice workshop – 16:30–18:00
- Hana Varadzinová: Body and voice – basic performer training – 18:15–19:45
- Ridina Ahmedova: Sung through! – 20:00–21:30
