MeetUP BEA ČR Prague: When the Plan Isn't Enough – Nikola Orozovič

MeetUP BEA ČR Prague takes place on 13 May 2026 from 9 to 13 o'clock at ZIGIHUB Prague, Čimická 442/33, Prague 8. The theme of the meeting is improvisation in the workplace – the ability to respond calmly and naturally in situations you cannot prepare for in advance: an unexpected question at a meeting, a conversation that goes off-script, or making a decision under pressure without sufficient information.

Nikola Orozovič, an actor, improviser and trainer with more than 20 years of experience, will guide participants through techniques directly applicable in business. The programme focuses on better listening and faster reactions, more natural communication when leading a team or dealing with clients, the ability to respond without unnecessary self-judgment or judgment of others, and the principle of "Yes, and..." as the foundation of collaboration and creative thinking.
