Gerald Gradwohl Group & Juraj Griglák

Jazz-rock band Gerald Gradwohl Group will perform at Music a Cafe with bassist Juraj Griglák.

The band moves between jazz and fusion music with a focus on groovy funk with a "rock'n roll" approach, jazz harmony, and sharp jazz-rock passages. Gradwohl, a composer and performer living in Wr. Neustadt, Austria, builds on a strong rhythm section and alternates breathtaking solos on steady grooves with balladic sound collages. "As many compositions and as much improvisation as possible" is his approach to fusion music.
