A three-hour webinar by political marketer Svatopluk Bartík aimed at preparing candidates for the 2026 municipal elections. This is the last scheduled session of this training in 2026. Capacity is limited to 12 participants.
The webinar covers two main areas. The first part addresses legal and organizational matters – drafting and submitting a candidate list and election programme, registering independent candidates and political parties and movements, and the law on municipal elections. The second part focuses on election campaign strategy: formulating visions and goals, profiling in local media, voter acquisition, and selecting campaign tools (including free options). It also covers the basics of political marketing (Sequelovo desatero) and local public relations. The two parts are separated by approximately a ten-minute break. The course is suitable for candidates in small villages and large urban areas alike, and covers both party and independent candidacies. After the training concludes, there is usually time for discussion.
Each participant receives free course materials summarizing the content. Every graduate is also entitled to one hour of free consultation (can be split into two sessions) – via email, phone, Skype, Zoom, or in person in Prague or Brno by prior arrangement.
