About: Barbar Punk

Brno-based folk-punk band Barbar Punk was established on 2 November 2007 by vocalist Horset and guitarist Mamut following a Jaksi Taksi performance. The group's music merges punk-rock with traditional folk instruments including Irish flute, bagpipes, and mandolin, while band members perform in barbarian attire that evokes medieval themes. Since their formation, they have released three studio albums and performed hundreds of concerts throughout the Czech Republic and internationally.
