Sisters in Photography NETOUŽÍM PO VĚČNOSTI — Futureum, Ostrava

A collective exhibition by photographers from the Sisters in Photography group offers a direct and unsentimental view of the lives of contemporary women. The title is drawn from the poem "Years" by Sylvia Plath.

About the venue: Futureum

Futureum is a museum and cultural venue housed in the reconstructed wagon tippler and coal grinding mill buildings in the Dolní Vítkovice industrial complex in Ostrava. Its permanent Path of Coal exhibition traces the original industrial use of the buildings within a unique "coal–coke–iron" production chain. Alongside the guided circuit, the venue hosts temporary exhibitions, workshops and cultural events. Futureum is part of the pan-European New European Bauhaus initiative.
