Cosmic Songs

A poetic journey through the cosmos and the life of Jan Neruda, where his verses take flight on wings of playfulness. Planets become individual moments, stars the people who inspired and guided Neruda on his quest for poetry.

Poems, otherwise weighed down by pathos, soar here with lightness and wit. The echo of cosmic depths merges with the beautiful, unfamiliar Czech of the 19th century.
