Safeguard 2026 Exercise

From October 9-14, 2026, a military exercise called SAFEGUARD HMP 2026 takes place in Prague. The exercise focuses on the protection and defense of selected critical infrastructure facilities. Its goal is to test the readiness of deployed forces, the functionality of established command and control procedures, and the ability of the Czech Armed Forces to cooperate with security, rescue, municipal, and civilian partners.
