Ondřej Tomšovský: Japan

Travel lecturer Ondřej Tomšovský offers a personal perspective on Japan through his own photographs, videos, and travel experiences. Viewers will discover places and stories that typical guidebooks do not offer.

The programme takes you through vibrant Tokyo, futuristic Osaka (including a skyscraper jump) and historic Kyoto. It then ventures to Nara National Park with freely roaming deer, sacred Mount Fuji, and Hiroshima. The lecture also includes a meeting with a young geisha (Maiko).

The lecture combines visual experience with insight into Japanese culture, society, and everyday life.
