The municipal cultural centre in Bludov near Šumperk is the main social hub of the village. It hosts balls, concerts, theatre performances and educational events, and its halls can be hired for private celebrations or corporate gatherings. The building includes a wine bar and a club, plus a garden with a covered seating area. The centre also runs the local tourist information office and publishes the village monthly Bludovan.
