Don't Look Away

"Don't Look Away" tells the story of Věra Čáslavská — a legendary gymnast, Olympic champion, and courageous woman who stood against Soviet occupation in 1968. Her sporting triumphs and silent protest at the Mexico City Games made her a hero at home, but also brought her into disfavour with the regime, which forced her to leave sport and public life.
