Hana and Petr Ulrychovi & Javory

Hana and Petr Ulrychovi have been performing with the Javory ensemble on the Czech music scene for decades. Their creative work has gradually evolved into a distinctive genre that experts call "Moravian world music" — the Ulrychovi were among the first to creatively build upon Moravian folk traditions.

Their songs blend elements of folk music with the big beat sound they started with, and they also reflect echoes of Petr's film and theatre work. This is complemented by Hana Ulrychová's exceptional vocal talent.
