What happens in the city when we sleep?

Behind lit windows, silhouettes of people still awake can be observed. A driver prepares for the night shift, a sleepwalker climbs onto a ledge from the opposite window, and a bank robbery is taking place around the corner. Mysterious shadows run through the streets, streetlights flicker, colourful neons glow, and sounds echo from everywhere.
