Dance Well
Regular dance sessions designed for people living with Parkinson's disease or other movement limitations, regardless of age or dance experience. These gatherings offer a space for self-care, the joy of movement, and a sense of belonging.
The classes are led by a team of professional artists trained through the international Dance Well project: Cécile da Costa, Barbora Látalová, Markéta Perroud, Hana Polanská, Markéta Vacovská, and Roman Zotov-Mikshin.
Dance Well works long-term with people living with Parkinson's disease and similar movement limitations, engaging them in social and cultural life through dance. The project draws on international experience and shares best practices with local Parkinson's patients and others interested in developing the community around the initiative.
For professional artists, it brings new experiences, skills, and work opportunities, demonstrating how dance can enhance the lives of individuals and society. Above all, it helps the target group achieve better integration into society.
