550 Years of Czech Printing - Guided Tour

A guided tour of the exhibition on the history of printing in Plzeň, held in the Study and Scientific Library of the Plzeň Region. In 45 minutes, you will learn how printing developed in Plzeň from its origins until the early 19th century and discover which important books were produced here.

Besides high-quality reproductions, you will see original rare incunabula and old prints from the collections of the SVK PK and the Library of the West Bohemian Museum.
