About the venue: KD Hronovická

KD Hronovická is a community cultural hall with interwar architecture and good acoustics in the Zelené Předměstí district of Pardubice. Since 2018 it has been run by SVČ ALFA, a leisure centre funded by the city. The programme covers theatre, concerts, dances, lectures and art openings, while part of the building is set aside for children's and youth clubs. The hall holds up to 400 for theatre or 280 at tables with a dance floor.

About: Štístko a Poupěnka

The Czech children's music duo Štístko a Poupěnka features actor Lukáš Kunz as the butterfly Štístko and Barbora Waschingerová as the fairy Poupěnka. Since 2017, they have released five albums and song-films, with their video "Jojojo nenene" among the most-viewed Czech videos on YouTube. Slovak actor and director Jaroslav Mottl writes the songs, which teach children aged two and up fundamental values through playful storytelling and also runs a parallel project in Slovakia called Smejko a Tanculienka.
