Dušan Vlk & David-San

East Slovak artist Dušan Vlk (real name Denis) arrives with his musical brother and producer David for his most personal solo concerts yet. The fresh project EAST SIDE SOLITUDE will be heard in Plzeň for the first time. The setlist will feature both older ballads from the album Duša Undergroundu and material from the projects Babie leto v podzemí, Korporát, and other shorter releases.

Dušan Vlk belongs to a wave of punk/emo-rap artists emerging from the Czechoslovak underground. Under the pseudonym Prešov Prince, he references his East Slovak roots and in his compositions explores personal and social themes over dark, melancholic instrumentals produced by David. The sound is filtered through a LO-FI aesthetic regardless of tempo or genre classification.
