"Let me keep the wildness of words!"

Anna Pammrová (1860-1945), a philosopher from the forests near Tišnov, returns to Brno following the early closure of the production "Pammrová/Březina" - this time in the Divadlo Husa na provázku version of the Prague Divadlo Masopust production directed by Anna Davidová.

"Antieva" was created in 2018 based on Pammrová's prose work of the same name, in which she described a period between her fifth and ninth years of life: separation from her family and upbringing by her godmother. From the contrast between her passionate relationship with the Vysočina nature and the emotional coldness of "bourgeois discipline" emerged an emancipated and intellectually independent personality whose reflections on women, progress, and nature anticipated both feminist and ecological movements and continue to inspire readers today.

A co-production of Divadlo Husa na provázku and Divadlo Masopust with its premiere in 2023, the production is adapted to suit the Husa na provázku cellar and performed in a new cast.
