Beata Bocek

Czech-Polish singer-songwriter Beata Bocek from Těšín will perform songs from her new album Bílo (2026).

Beata gained experience in her native Silesia, in Valašsko, and through international travels. She has collaborated with Trevor Coleman from New Zealand (CD One moment), and her work has been featured in the National Theatre ballet "Solo for Us Two" and in a Czech puppet production in New York. She is also a member of the loose collective MDŽ. In her predominantly Polish-sung songs, she tells stories both lived, heard, and imagined.

The seated concert takes place as part of the 69th Bezručova Opava festival.
