My Life with My Body

What is our relationship with our body? How do we perceive it, what do we expect from it, and who tells us how it should look?

The 15th edition of the multidisciplinary cultural and social festival "My Life with..." focuses this year on the theme of the body. At a time when an ever-larger part of life is spent in digital space, the festival aims to redirect attention back to what accompanies us in every moment.

The programme includes theatre, film, exhibitions, literature, and meetings with guests. Together, the festival opens questions about physical and mental health, acceptance of one's own body, body shaming, freedom to make decisions about oneself, and the ways the body is portrayed in media and art.

The body can be a source of joy and uncertainty, strength and social pressure. The festival offers a space to examine these themes from different angles and listen to artistic perspectives and the experiences of others.
