Architecture Day: Ostrava - Ostrava Café

The exhibition 'Ostrava Café' traces the history of Ostrava's cafés from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries to the present - as meeting places, architectural phenomena, and centers of cultural and social life.

During a guided tour with the exhibition curators, historians Eva Ševčíková and Jiří Sochorek, visitors will learn more about the appearance of legendary establishments, their transformations, and the personalities connected to café culture.

The event is co-organized by Ostrava Museum, a public institution.
