Zbyněk Vojtěšek is a Czech barista and co-owner of the QB box espresso bar in České Budějovice, housed in a converted shipping container near the University of South Bohemia campus. He specializes in coffee sensory tasting and is a two-time winner of the Czech Cup Tasters Championship (2024 and 2025), representing the Czech Republic at the world finals in Chicago and Geneva. Alongside running the café, he leads sensory workshops on coffee tastes and aromas, including during the annual České Budějovice Coffee Week.
